Just a few months later\, after a brief stint as a private practice dentist\, he returned to the University Center for Dental Medicine Basel as a research assistant and completed his doctoral degree (Dr. med. dent.) at the University of Basel in 2014.\nDuring his doctoral studies\, he served as an International Fellow at the Department of Reconstructive Sciences at the University of Connecticut in Farmington\, USA.\nAfter completing his fellowship\, he remained at the University of Connecticut\, where he completed the master’s program in “Dental Science” and also earned the “Certificate of Competence in Implant Surgery” from the Department of Reconstructive Sciences.
