General conditions of participation

medentis medical reserves the right to cancel the event up to 8 weeks before the event if there are too few participants or for other important reasons for which we are not responsible (e.g. force majeure, sudden illness of the speaker) or subject to local incidence figures.
Participation fees already paid by you will of course be refunded in full. There are no further claims against medentis medical.
Please also note this for hotel rooms booked by you as well as flight or train tickets. The participant will be informed in good time if the event is canceled.
I agree that my details from the registration form will be collected and processed in order to process my registration. The data will be deleted once your request has been processed.
