Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

We are pleased to be able to offer you english language courses in October 2026 at our training centre in Port D‘Andratx.

The rehabilitation of atrophic maxilla is a challenge in modern surgery. In this day we discuss how to find a rational between the different surgery techniques based on the different grade of reabsorption.

We will discuss, among other things, of Pterygoid implant, Transinusal implant and all the prosthetic protocols for immediate load and definitive rehabilitation. The main objective is to:

• • provide complete knowledge of the different techniques to rehabilitate the maxilla
  • provide an algorithm on which technique to use in relation to the grade of atrophy
  • provide a complete prosthetic protocol for immediate load and definitive rehabilitation

Dr. Joel Teles

This course presents comprehensive approaches for the entire dental arch from FP1 to FP3. We compare digital and analog procedures in full-arch surgery and highlight their advantages and disadvantages.

You will learn how to be creative with resorbed jaws: Make the best use of available anchor points, avoid large grafts, zygoma or subperiosteal implants and design your cases with less morbidity – for a more time- and cost-efficient practice. In addition, we will teach you various techniques such as the palatal approach, the shelf technique, pterygoid implants, trans-sinus and other innovative approaches to make these methods accessible in daily practice.
