LEARNING POINTS – FULL-ARCH REHABILITATION & IMMEDIATE LOADING
Participants will be exposed to a wide variety of full-arch clinical scenarios, from straightforward to complex cases.

- Diagnosis & Planning Case selection, risk assessment, and complication prevention
- CBCT-based planning and prosthetically driven decision-making
- Flap design and soft tissue management
- Implant positioning strategies for full-arch rehabilitation (axial and tilted concepts)
- Bone reduction (alveoloplasty) and prosthetic space management
- Primary stability protocols and intraoperative decision-making Management of challenging cases (atrophy, poor bone quality, anatomical limitations)
Immediate Loading & Provisional Prosthesis

- Criteria and safety thresholds for immediate loading
- Multi-unit selection and screw-retained provisional workflow
- Occlusal principles for provisional full-arch restorations
- Troubleshooting and management of intra/post-operative complications Scope: full-arch rehabilitation techniques are comprehensively covered (palatal approach/extreme palatal approach, pterigoids, trans sinus, trans nasal, M4 shelf technique, vomer anchorage, etc)

(includes transfer, accomodation, coffee breaks, lunches, course dinner and Rio de Janeiro experience)
*each participant will perform 4 full arch rehabilitations as the main operator, and assist in 4 other surgeries. At least one of the operated cases will involve immediate loading with provisional prosthesis.
